What if the facial recognition does not recognise my selfie?

If facial recognition is not accepted at first, check your WIFI or mobile data connection and ensure you have stable internet connectivity. If it is still not accepting your selfie, retry taking the selfie. If it still doesn’t work contact Assessment Support / Student Services Assessments for further assistance.
