My timer has stopped, I am worried that my work is not being saved, please assist?
If the timer has stopped, either the student has lost internet connectivity or the browser that they are using has stopped responding.
You can advise the student to run a speed test by going to www.speedtest.net, which will give the student an indication of their network strength. It is advisable that the student have a minimum of 4Mbps download and upload.
If the student does have an internet connection you can advise them to refresh the page with their Online Answer Booklet as this will save their work first and then refresh the page, or
Advise the student to save their work first and then logout of MANCOSAConnect. Once the student has logged out, they need to check for any other applications that are open in the background and close it as this is causing the browser to freeze and they need to insure that they are using a browser, which is supported by MANCOSAConnect (Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari).
