CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION (DE-REGISTRATION) and De-Registration Process

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION (DE-REGISTRATION) If you intend on cancelling your registration, you must notify MANCOSA by applying on the My MANCOSA student portal, click on "Special Request" and thereafter on "De-registration Request".

You will: -

  • be liable for a non-refundable registration fee as stipulated on the fee schedule, if the cancellation occurs within 20 days of initial registration, or - be liable for the payment of full fees if cancellation of registration occurs beyond 20 days of initial registration.
  • Refunds will not be granted for a deferred registration.
  • The decision of the Academic Executive Committee is final and binding.

De-Registration Process

As per Institutional rules you are liable for the non-refundable registration fee if the cancellation occurs within 20 days of initial registration.

Or be liable for the payment of full fees if cancellation of registration occurs beyond 20 days of initial registration. 

Please be advised that a student cannot de-register from an individual module.

A student can only de-register for the full Academic Year.

  • Log in to your My Mancosa Portal.
  • Click on Registrations.
  • Click on Registration Requests.
  • Reason for the Request.
  • Select Request Type. (De Registration).
  • De Registration.
  • Raise New Request.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Document Type.
  • Description.
Acknowledge and accept the rules.
