I no longer see the SAVE button, what do I do?

If a student can no longer see the save button or click on the save button it means that they have lost internet connectivity. In order for a student to save their work, they need to be connected to the internet. You can advise the student to run a speed test by going to www.speedtest.net, which will give the student an indication of their network strength. It is advisable that the student have a minimum of 4Mbps download and upload.

If the student does have an internet connection you can advise them to refresh the page with their Online

Answer Booklet as this will save their work first and then refresh which will make the “Save” button available
