I am not receiving the acknowledgement of submission download option, please assist?

The student needs to check the submission overview page for the module that they are writing. If the status shows as “Not Submitted” and if the “Start Assessment” button is still available then the student has not yet submitted their assessment and there will not be an acknowledgement to download. The student needs to go back into their OSA and ensure that they do actually submit and then they will get the acknowledgment of receipt to download. The acknowledgment will also be emailed to the student at a later point.
