I am getting a notification that two windows are open but I only have one window open, please assist?

Advise the student to:

• Save their work
• Logout and close all tabs that they have open of MANCOSAConnect
• Close the browser and then reopen it
• Login to MANCOSAConnect and navigate to the module that they were writing. 

This will resolve the duplicate window notification
