De-Registration Rule and Process

Please see our cancellation policy below.

As per Institutional rules you are liable for the non-refundable registration fee if the cancellation occurs within 20 days of initial registration.

Or be liable for the payment of full fees if cancellation of registration occurs beyond 20 days of initial registration. 

Please be advised that a student cannot de-register from an individual module.

A student can only de-register for the full Academic Year.

Please see below the process on how to apply for a de-registration on your My Mancosa Student Portal.

Log in to your My Mancosa Portal.
Click on Registrations.
Click on Registration Requests.
Reason for the Request.
Select Request Type. (De Registration).
De Registration.
Raise New Request.
Reason for the request.
 Document Type.
Description.
Acknowledge and accept the rules.


Deferral Process.

Please see below the process on how to apply for a Deferral on your My Mancosa Student Portal.

The cost for the deferral is R3000.00 in order for the deferral to be processed.
 
Log in to your My Mancosa Portal.

Click on Registration Request.
Click on Select Request type.
Deferral.
Raise New Request.
Other Reason.
New Intake.
Deferral for Semester.
Deferral for Semester. 1 or 2.
Upload Supporting Documents. E.g. Death Certificate, Doctor's Note, Letter from work.
Upload Proof of Payment.
Acknowledge and Accept the Rules.
Click on Send.


Re-Registration Process.

Registration is officially opened for July 2025.

To complete your registration request, your fees need to be up to date.
 
Please see below the process on how to Register on your My Mancosa Student Portal.

Username - Student Number.
Password.
Click on Re-Registration.
Click on Re-Registration Request.
Select Request Type.
Click on Re-Registration.
Raise New Request.
Fill in the Application form.
Click on the Terms and Conditions.
Save.
You will then receive a Pro Forma Invoice.



Returning Registration Process

Registration is officially opened for July 2025.

To complete your registration request, your fees need to be up to date.
 
Please see below the process on how to Register on your My Mancosa Student Portal.

Username - Student Number.
Password.
Click on Registration.
Click on Registration Request.
Select Request Type.
Click on Returning Registration.
Raise New Request.
Fill in the Application form.
Click on the Terms and Conditions.
Save.
You will then receive a Pro Forma Invoice.
